Terms of Service:
- Booking Confirmation: To confirm your reservation, a 30% advance payment is required. The booking will be considered confirmed once the payment is received.
- Payment: The balance payment should be made upon arrival at the hotel. Payment can be made in Euros, and it includes service charges and government taxes.
- Check-in and Check-out: The standard check-in time is 14:00 hrs (2:00 PM), and the check-out time is 12:00 noon. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please inform the hotel in advance, and additional charges may apply.
- Tariff and Price Changes: The rates mentioned above are subject to change by the hotel without prior notice. Any changes in prices will not affect already confirmed bookings.
- Inclusions: The rates include breakfast, lunch, dinner, morning refreshment, afternoon snack and tea, airport pick-up and drop-off, short excursions, yoga, and other activities as mentioned. Any additional services not mentioned may be subject to extra charges.
- Airport Transportation: To arrange airport transportation, please provide the hotel with your flight details in advance. This will allow the hotel to make the necessary arrangements for your pick-up and drop-off.
- Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation, the advance payment may be subject to certain cancellation fees as per the hotel’s policy. It is recommended to review the specific cancellation policy at the time of booking.
- Damage or Loss: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the hotel property during their stay. Any charges for damage or loss will be assessed and billed accordingly.
- Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to adhere to the hotel’s rules and regulations and respect the comfort and privacy of other guests. Any behavior that is disruptive or violates the hotel’s policies may result in termination of the stay without any refund.
- Liability: The hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during their stay. Guests are advised to take necessary precautions and secure their valuables.
